About the workshop
What if the challenges we face in business and organizations are not just individual or strategic – but deeply systemic?
This introductory workshop offers a space to look at how system dynamics affect professional roles, decision-making, collaboration and leadership.
Organizational constellations provide a unique insight into the collective dynamics of a team or organization.
They help in recognizing the hidden causes of problems and offer solutions through group work.
Their strength lies in combining systems thinking with a practical approach – they bring a fresh perspective and long-term results.
Developed from family constellations, business constellations have been applied in organizations since 1995. year. They allow complexity to be seen clearly, without analysis or judgment – but with respect and awareness.
Who is it intended for?
The workshop is open to anyone who wants to bring more clarity, insight and systemic understanding to their work – whether they want to improve themselves as professionals, to better understand team dynamics, or to see their organization from a broader perspective.
Whether you work as a leader, team member, HR expert, entrepreneur or internal consultant – this space is for you.
No previous experience with the constellations is necessary – openness and curiosity are enough.
A different perspective
During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to look at your professional environment from a new, systemic perspective – one that can bring deeper understanding and new clarity.
Through an example from practice, space for questions and joint reflection, you will get to know the approach of business constellations .
This is not a training session or a therapeutic meeting – but a space for insight, research and conscious presence.
