My work is based on contact, authenticity and creating a space where change naturally occurs. Various work modalities are offered, which are adapted to your needs, whether you are an individual, a therapist, a team or an organization.

Individual psychotherapy (Gestalt approach)

In one-on-one meetings, the client is supported to explore their inner dynamics, relationships, blockages and potentials. We work in a rhythm that respects your authenticity and process, with a lot of warmth and presence.

Supervision for therapists

The supervision offer includes individual and group work for therapists and counselors. The focus is on a deeper understanding of the client’s process, boundaries, countertransference, and the therapist’s growth through the relationship.

Personal growth and development groups

I lead continuous psychotherapy groups, with the aim of strengthening personal responsibility, contact and inner stability. They are intended for everyone who wants to work in group contact and with the support of the community.

Workshops and educational lectures

Thematic workshops on trauma, relationships, personal development and professional roles. They are intended for everyone who wants more intensive insight and experiential work in a group.

Family constellations

Working through family constellations enables a deeper understanding of transgenerational patterns and uncovering the roots of internal conflicts. In this approach, we work with what is “bigger than us” – the systems from which we come.

I work with teams, leaders and organizations that want to resolve conflicts, make better decisions, strengthen the structure and recognize the unconscious dynamics that influence the course of development.
Through business constellations and the Gestalt approach in organizations , we open space for a healthier flow of energy and relationships in the work environment.
