This workshop is open to anyone interested in bringing more awareness, clarity, and systemic insight into their work—whether they wish to develop as professionals, improve team dynamics, or understand their organization from a broader perspective.
Whether you are working as a leader, in HR, as a team member, entrepreneur, or internal consultant—this space is for you.
No prior experience with constellations is needed—only openness and curiosity.
During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to view your professional context through a different lens—one that can reveal new understandings or offer surprising clarity.
Through a live example, space for your questions, and shared reflection, you will be gently introduced to the method of Business Constellations.
This is not a training, nor a therapy session—rather, it is a space for insight, exploration, and conscious presence.
