About the workshop<\/h3>\n

What if the challenges we face in business and organizations are not just individual or strategic \u2013 but deeply systemic?<\/p>\n

This introductory workshop offers a space to look at how system dynamics affect professional roles, decision-making, collaboration and leadership.<\/p>\n

Organizational constellations<\/strong> provide a unique insight into the collective dynamics of a team or organization.
They help in recognizing the hidden causes of problems and offer solutions through group work.
Their strength lies in combining systems thinking with a practical approach \u2013 they bring a fresh perspective and long-term results.<\/p>\n

Developed from family constellations, business constellations have been applied in organizations since 1995. year. They allow complexity to be seen clearly, without analysis or judgment – but with respect and awareness.<\/p>\n

Who is it intended for?<\/h3>\n

The workshop is open to anyone who wants to bring more clarity, insight and systemic understanding to their work – whether they want to improve themselves as professionals, to better understand team dynamics, or to see their organization from a broader perspective.<\/p>\n

Whether you work as a leader, team member, HR expert, entrepreneur or internal consultant \u2013 this space is for you.<\/p>\n

No previous experience with the constellations is necessary – openness and curiosity are enough.<\/p>\n
